Delete your data inside the app (fastest)

Open Colorama.
Go to Settings → Data → Delete my data.
Confirm. This is irreversible.

This deletes both the data stored on your device and the data stored on our server under your account identifier.

Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot open it, write to fetihcagioyun@gmail.com with the subject “Colorama data deletion”.

We reply within 30 days.

What we need from you. Colorama has no username, email login or password — accounts are anonymous. To find your record we need your account identifier, shown in the app under Settings → Player → Account. Without it we cannot match a request to a specific record.

What is deleted

Your account identifier and sign-in session
Your cloud backup: statistics, daily streak, nickname, country
Your entry in the matchmaking queue
Your player record in match rooms you are currently in
All data stored on your device

What cannot be deleted

We would rather tell you this than claim a clean sweep:

Rooms from matches already played. The app keeps no index of which rooms you were in and room codes are random, so those records cannot be located. They may still contain your nickname and the colours you guessed.
The “guest slot” marker in someone else’s room. It is written once and cannot be removed by design; removing it would let the same slot be claimed repeatedly.

Both are short-lived, contain no contact details, and are described in the Privacy Policy.

Ayarlar → Veri → Verilerimi sil yolunu izleyin.
Onaylayın. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

Hem cihazınızdaki hem de sunucuda hesap kimliğiniz altında tutulan veriler silinir.

E-posta ile silme talebi

Uygulamayı sildiyseniz ya da açamıyorsanız fetihcagioyun@gmail.com adresine “Colorama veri silme” konusuyla yazın. En geç 30 gün içinde yanıt verilir.

Sizden gereken bilgi. Colorama’da kullanıcı adı, e-posta girişi ya da şifre yok; hesaplar adsız. Kaydınızı bulabilmemiz için uygulamada Ayarlar → Oyuncu → Hesap altında görünen hesap kimliğinizi iletmeniz gerekiyor.

Silinemeyenler

Her şeyin silindiğini iddia etmektense bunu söylemeyi tercih ediyoruz:

Oynanmış maçların odaları. Uygulama hangi odalarda bulunduğunuzun kaydını tutmuyor ve oda kodları rastgele; bu yüzden o kayıtlar bulunamıyor. İçlerinde takma adınız ve tahmin ettiğiniz renkler kalabilir.
Başkasının odasındaki “misafir” işareti. Bir kez yazılıyor ve tasarım gereği geri alınamıyor; alınabilseydi aynı yer tekrar tekrar kapılabilirdi.

İkisi de kısa ömürlü, iletişim bilgisi içermiyor ve Gizlilik Politikası’nda anlatılıyor.
