Data Deletion
Write to fetihcagioyun@gmail.com for any question, bug report or complaint about Colorama. This address is read by the developer personally; there is no ticket system and no bot.
Replies usually take a few days. Requests about your personal data are answered within 30 days at the latest.
To help us reproduce a problem, please include your device model, the operating system version, and what you were doing when it happened.
In a live duel the only thing another player can show you is the nickname they chose. There is no chat: players cannot send text, voice, images or pre-set messages to each other.
If you see a nickname that is offensive, write to fetihcagioyun@gmail.com with the subject “Colorama report” and tell us the nickname and roughly when the match took place. We review every report and remove nicknames that breach the rules.
No. The whole single-player game, the daily round and the ranking work with no sign-in and no network connection. Signing in happens silently, and only when you enter a live duel.
An anonymous identity lives only in the installed app. If you delete the app without connecting a permanent game account (Google Play Games on Android, Game Center on iOS), that identity — and the cloud backup attached to it — cannot be recovered. Connecting a game account before switching phones keeps your statistics.
In the app: Settings → Data → Delete my data. From outside the app, see the data deletion page.
In the app under Settings → Player → Account. We need it to match a deletion request to a record, because accounts have no username or email address.
No. Colorama is free, has no in-app purchases, shows no ads, and contains no analytics or tracking library.
About the colours. Objects in the catalogue only include items whose colour is fixed by a standard, a law or an official specification. If you believe a colour in the game is wrong, write to us with the object name and your source — corrections are welcome and the source is what settles it.

Bir sorunu yeniden üretebilmemiz için cihaz modelinizi, işletim sistemi sürümünü ve sorun çıktığında ne yaptığınızı yazmanız çok yardımcı oluyor.
Canlı düelloda karşı oyuncunun size gösterebileceği tek şey seçtiği takma addır. Sohbet yoktur: oyuncular birbirine metin, ses, görsel ya da hazır mesaj gönderemez.

Hayır. Tek kişilik oyunun tamamı, günlük tur ve sıralama giriş yapmadan ve internet bağlantısı olmadan çalışır. Giriş yalnız canlı düelloya girdiğinizde ve sessizce yapılır.
Adsız kimlik yalnız kurulu uygulamada yaşar. Kalıcı bir oyun hesabı (Android'de Google Play Games, iOS'ta Game Center) bağlamadan uygulamayı silerseniz o kimlik ve ona bağlı bulut yedeği geri getirilemez. Telefon değiştirmeden önce oyun hesabı bağlamak istatistiklerinizi korur.
Uygulama içinden: Ayarlar → Veri → Verilerimi sil. Uygulama dışından silmek için veri silme sayfasına bakın.
Uygulamada Ayarlar → Oyuncu → Hesap altında. Hesaplarda kullanıcı adı ya da e-posta olmadığı için silme talebini bir kayıtla eşleştirebilmemiz buna bağlı.
Hayır. Colorama ücretsizdir, uygulama içi satın alma yoktur, reklam göstermez, analitik ya da izleme kütüphanesi içermez.
Renkler hakkında. Katalogda yalnız rengi bir standart, yasa ya da resmî bir şartnameyle sabitlenmiş objeler bulunur. Oyundaki bir rengin yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorsanız obje adını ve kaynağınızı yazın — düzeltmeler memnuniyetle karşılanır, meseleyi çözen şey kaynaktır.
